You can  put this solution on YOUR website! Adjacent angles means they are next to each other, sharing on side.  We are talikng about a semi circle or a full circle here. 
If this problem pertains to a full circle, then... 
A full circle = 360 degrees, thus a half a circle = 180 degrees.

Knowing this, you now know: 
a. Angle PQS is 180 degrees, 
b. Angle PQR is 10 degrees, and 
c. both angles are adjacent. 
. 
Total degrees are 190.  So, 360 degrees - 190 degrees = 170 degrees. 
. 
Assuming we're talking about a full circle, which your problem doesn't specify, Angle RQS would then be 170 degrees.
