The complement of an angle is 90 degrees minus the angle.

The supplement of an angle is 180 degrees minus the angle.

If your angle is 30 degrees, then its complement is 60 degrees because 60 + 30 = 90.

If your angle is 30 degrees, then its supplement is 150 degrees because 30 + 150 = 180.
