You can put this solution on YOUR website! Pick any of two sets of points:
Chooses (2,4)
Since Slope(m) = 4 ; y=4, and x=2 y=4x+b
solve for b with given values
4=4(2)+b
4=8+b
b=-4
Hence the equation is y=4x-4. Now if you do the same thing with other set of points you will get the same answer.
