So one of my problems is 5 , 2 , 7 , 11 , 13 = 17 so you have to use those numbers to get to 17 . Please Help

How about this: 5 + 2 * 7 + 11 -13 = 17
I've never heard of Krypto numbers. Can you change the order of the numbers? Do you have to use them all exactly once??
