y=mx+b is the line equation form.
2.5 = 1.5x - y add y to both sides & subtract 2.5 from both sides.
2.5-2.5+y=1.5x-y+y-2.5
y=1.5x-2.5 ans.

2.5=1.5x-y
reverse for ease of operation but still equal to original.
1.5x-y=2.5
subtract 1.5x
-y=-1.5x+2.5
multiply through by -1
y=1.5x-2.5
y=mx+b form
