Question 23251: can you show me how to solve the problem below using the addition method:
3x-2y=-4 and 2y-3x=-2

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Not sure what you mean by the "addition" method.
If you mean the "elimination" method add the
two equation to get rid of the "x" terms, as follows:
You will get 0 = -6, which is a contrdiction.
That means the system of equations has no solution,
i.e. the lines do not meet, they are parallel.
