1st question: Set up a proportion so you can find how many
miles you would travel in one hour or 60 minutes:
0.6/2 = x/60
2x = 36
x = 18 miles in 60 minutes or 18 miles per hour.
Policeman to catch you he must average 18miles an hour over
a 1.2 mile course.
He starts at 0mph so must get up to a speed of 36mph in order
to average 18mph, which is your speed.
