Normally you would need to use the distance formula to find the three distances between these points. However, comparing P(-2,6) and Q(-2,0), you can see that P is directly above Q, at a distance of 6 units. Comparing Q(-2,0) and R(5,0), you can see that these are both on the x axis at a distance of 7 units.
