Let's work inside the brackets [ ] first.
10 + 4 = 14
14 divided by 7 = 2
Add 2 to 7 = 9
Now I'm not sure if the * means multiplying or to the third power, I'll solve both ways.
9 times 3 = 27
9 to the 3rd power = 729
