Step 2. There are 12 face cards in a 52-card deck.

Step 3. ANSWER: Therefore, the probability of drawing a facecard or a number greater than ten is 12%2F52=3%2F13=0.231 if you assume a facecard is a number. If you don't call the face card a number, there is no number greater than 10 in a 52-card deck. Then the probability of a number greater than 10 is zero.
