When you roll two dice there are 6 ways to get a sum of seven:
1/6.2/5,3/4,4/3,5/2,6/1

P(7) on one roll = 6/26 = 1/6
----------------------------------
P(exactly one 7 in five rolls) = 5C1(1/6)^1(5/6)^4 = 0.4019...
