You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you use the quadratic formula you will find
that x= -2+sqrt2 or x= -2-sqrt2
Therefore the factors are (x-(-2+sqrt2)(x-(-2-sqrt2)
You can simplify these but they are the factors.
