3x%5E2-15x-60

First observe that you can factor out 3:

3%28x%5E2-5x-20%29

Can you think of two numbers which multiply to give -20
and which combine to give -5? No you can't, so there is
no way to factor further, so

3%28x%5E2-5x-20%29

is the final answer.  The comment that Scott made is wrong,
This is an expression, not an equation.  Expressions have no
solutions.
