Well first we need to factor these expressions as much as possible.
25c^2 = 5c(5c)
3c^2-18c+27 = 3(c^2-6c+9) = 3(c-3)(c-3)
3c-9 = 3(c-3)
so plugging back in we get:
(25c^2/3c^2-18c+27) * (3c-9/5c) = 5c(5c)/3(c-3)(c-3) * 3(c-3)/5c
