Step 1. Starting with the (-1,2) or x=-1 and y=2, we move 3 units to the RIGHT and 4 units DOWN since the slope m=-4%2F3. This means we have another point at (-1+3,2-4) or (2, -2).

Step 3. Use the two points (-1,2) and (2,-2) to plot the line.
