You can put this solution on YOUR website! And you want to graph it? You can either solve for y, and use the slope-intercept method, or you can find the two intercepts, graph the two points, and connect the points.
By the slope-intercept method:
From this the y-intercept is 8/3 (almost 3) and the slope is  (rise of -2 and run of 3, which means starting from the y-intercept, go DOWN 2 and RIGHT 3, and put the next point.
By the x and y-intercept method:
Let x= 0: 3y = 8, so 
Let y=0: 2x=8, so  .
Graph the points.
Either way, it should look like this:
