so tan is positive is so it lies on the 1st quadrant

Simplify cot(90°-A)
cos(90°-A)/sin(90°-A)
=cos90°cosA+sin90°sinA / sin90°cosA-cos90°sinA
=sinA/cosA
=tanA
so, finally , tanA = 2
