The pie has 360 degrees which =100%.
360/100=3.6 degrees=1%.
Example:
14%=3.6*14=50.4 degrees.
79%=3.6*79=284.4 degrees.
7%=3.6*7=25.2 degrees.
50.4+284.4+25.2=360 degrees.
