Question 224671: I need help on finding the numerical value of the rational expression: and
I have answered correctly when x=2 which is 1/3, but when x=-3 I keep coming up with -27/-72 which simplifys to 3/8 right? my homework which is on online classes shows that the correct answer is 3/4, I would like to know how it ends up being 3/4 instead of 3/8. Your help is greatly appreciated! Answer by Edwin McCravy(20064) (Show Source):
x=2 and x=-3
