Step 2. time=distance%2Fspeed=15miles%2F%288+miles%2F28+minutes%29

Step 3. time=15%2A28%2F8=15%2A7%2F2=105%2F2=52.5 minutes.

Step 4. ANSWER: Time it takes to go 15 miles is 52.5 miles.
