You can put this solution on YOUR website!
How do i find the slope and y intercept of 9y+2x+2=19+2x

Step 1. The slope-intercept form is given as y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept when x=0 or at point(0,b).

Step 2. The following steps will put the equation in slope-intercept form.

9y%2B2x%2B2=19%2B2x

Subtract 2x+2 from both sides of the equation

9y%2B2x%2B2-2x-2=19%2B2x-2x-2

9y=17

Divide by 9 to both sides of the equation

9y%2F9=17%2F9

y=17%2F9

Step 3. So comparing y=17%2F9=0x%2B17%2F9 with y=mx%2Bb then the slope m=0 and y-intercept b=17%2F9 when x=0 or at point (0,17/9).

Step 4. ANSWER: The slope m=0 and the y-intercept b=17/9

I hope the above steps and explanation were helpful.
