SOLUTION: (2-3i)[(5-2i)-(1+2i)] what I did was (2-3i)(4-4i) got second part from factoring the brackets {5-2i-1-2i} My answer is 8-12i-8i+12(-1) or -4-20i but it just doesn't look right.
