Question 22210: I've had a problem with math since 5th grade and just last yeat in 8th grade I've been taking a math tutorial class, but all we learn is fractions and decimals. I'm afraid to confront a teacher about my confusions in algebra it because to get the topic fully in my head, i'll be too behind in class. I have a low "B" in my algebra class, and I'm trying to go for an "A" student because I'm technically in high school now. 9th grade.
We were just introdouced to functions, graphing, domains, and ranges. And I really don't want to get lost on this unit. Please can you try your hardest to go through step by step, these functions, and go through several problems about every one of these certain topics?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
As a math tutor,I've learnt that the biggest hurdle to students learning is that they are afraid to ask questions. Look, you are paying your math tutors to teach you. Please tell them about the difficulties you face in Algebra and see if they can arrange a couple of extra classes to bring you upto speed. If you are not going to ask, they will never know and if they never knoew they will never be able to help you. At the end of the day, YOU are the Loser.
As for the questions you need help in, the notes I give here would hardly enable you to learn anything new. You might as well look it up on the net. If there are any specific questions, we would be more than glad to help you out.
