You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is the slope and y-intercept of y = -2/3 x -12

Step 1. The slope-intercept form is given at y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept when x=0 or at point (0,b).

Step 2. Given y=-2x%2F3-12 has a slope m=-2%2F3 and y-intercept at b=-12

Here's a graph of the above equation

graph%28+600%2C+600%2C+-20%2C+5%2C+-15%2C+5%2C+-2x%2F3-12%29

I hope the above steps were helpful.
