Step 1. Multiply (x+2)/(x+2) to first term and (2x-3)/(2x-3) to second term to put both terms in a common denominator (You're really multiplying by 1 for each term so you don't change the overall expression for each term)
Step 2. Multiply out the denominator using the FOIL method
