The slope is -2/5 and the y-int is (0,3)
Using this information, plot the y-int first. From this pt use the slope to find other coordinates. Slope is usually considered rise/run; however since the slope is negative, drop instead and always run to the right. Another point will be (1,5) and (-1,10) and so forth.
