You can put this solution on YOUR website! solve by graphing. (find the intersection point)
2x + y = 22
3x + 2y = 4
To be able to graph you will need 3 points. To get the points, you make a table choosing your x and then solving the equation for y;
x = 1
2(1)+y=22
2+y=22
y=20
First point (1,20)
x=0
2(0)+y=22
y=22
2nd point (0, 22)
x=4
2(4)+y=44
8+y=44
y=18
3rd point (4,18)
Now the next equation;
x=2
3(2)+2y=44
6+2y=44
2y=38
y=19
1st point(2,19)
x=0
3(0)+2y=44
2y=44
y=22
2nd point (0,22)
x=4
3(4)+2y=44
12+2y=44
2y=32
y=16
3rd point (4,16)
Now you graph the points, and see where they intersect, should be (0,22)
Hope you understand
=)
