You can  put this solution on YOUR website! you need to solve for x by getting all the x's on one side of the equation but first you need to combine like terms on the right side
 
7x-4=-2x+1+9x-5, rearrange the equation so like terms are grouped 
7x-4=-2x+9x+1-5, simplify the equation by performing addition or subtraction as stated 
7x-4=7x-4, here you see that both sides to the equation are the same so your equation is true meaning when you solve you get 0=0, however there is no value of x
