You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x+1 divided by 3 -x-2 divided by 2 = 2+ 2x-3 divived by 3
--------------------------------------------------------------
(3x+1)/3 - (x-2)/2 = 2 + (2x-3)/3
---
Multiply thru by 6 to get:
2(3x+1) - 3(x-2) = 12 + 2(2x-3)
6x+2 - 3x + 6 = 12 + 4x - 6
3x + 8 = 4x + 6
x = 2
---------------------------------
