Step 1. The slope-intercept form is given as y=mx+b with m as the slope and b is the y-intercept at x=0 or at point(0,b).

Step 2. Given y=4%2Bt or t=y-4. Take this expression for and substitute it in x=2%2B3t=2%2B3%28y-4%29, then

x=2%2B3%28y-4%29

x=3y-10

Add 10 to both sides of the equation

x%2B10=3y-10%2B10



y=x%2F3%2B10%2F3

Step 3. ANSWER: The equation is y=x%2F3%2B10%2F3
