Step 1. Intercepts means one of the coordinates is zero. The y-intercept b occurs when x=0 or at point (0,b) and the x-intercept a occurs when y=0 or at (a,0)
Step 2. At x=0, then -x+5y=10 or -0+5y=10 or y=2 after dividing by 5 to both sides of the equation. So we have (0,2) as one point
Step 3. At y=0, then -x+5y=10 or -x+5*0=10 or x=-10. And we have another point at (-10,0).
Use these two points to graph as shown below:
