You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28t%5E-8%29%5E2%2F%28t%5E-5%29%5E9
%28t%5E-16%29%2F%28t%5E-45%29

When you divide with the same base number, you must subtract exponents, and be very careful of the signs:
t%5E%28-16-%28-45%29%29+
t%5E%28-16%2B45%29
t%5E29

I get a positive exponent!!
