How do you solve 3(x-7)>18

Step 1. Treat it almost like an equality. So multiply it out

3x-21%3E18

Step 2. Add 21 to both sides of the inequality.

3x-21%2B21%3E18%2B21

3x%3E39

Step 3. Divide 3 to both sides of the inequality

3x%2F3%3E39%2F3

x%3E13

Step 4. ANSWER x%3E13
