Distance(d) equals Rate(r) times Time(t) or d=rt; r=d/t and t=d/r
OK. First lets convert 2 minutes to hours. There are 60 min in an hour so 2 min=2/60=(1/30)hour
Using the formula d=rt, we have d=(50 km/hr)(1/30 hr)=50/30=5/3 km or
d=1 2/3km in 2 min
