You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The second angle of a triangular kite is four times as large as the first. The third angle is 25 degrees more than the sum of the other two angles. find the measure of the 2nd angle.

Step 1. The sum of the angles in a triangle is equal to 180 degrees.

Step 2. Let x be the first angle, let 4x be the second angle, x+4x+25 be the third angle.

Step 3. Then x%2B4x%2Bx%2B4x%2B25=180 or 10x=155 or x=155%2F10=15.5

4x=4%2A15.5=62 and x%2B4x%2B28=5x%2B28=5%2A15.5%2B28=77.5%2B+25=+102.5

Check if total is 180 degrees: 15.5%2B62%2B102.5=180 which is a true statement.

Step 4. The angles of the triangle are 15.5, 62, and 102.5 degrees.

I hope the above steps and explanation were helpful.
