Let length of 3rd side be "x".
Length of each equal side is "3x+2"
------------------
Equation:
x + 2(3x+2) = 46m
x + 6x + 4 = 46
7x = 42
x = 6m (the 3rd side)
3x+2 = 20m (each equal side)
