Step 1. 200 picoseconds = 200%2A10%5E%28-12%29 seconds = 2%2A10%5E%28-10%29 seconds

Step 2. (186,000 miles/sec)*(5280 feet/mile)*(12 inch/feet)*2*10^(-10) sec = 2.357 inches.
