You would say T(3)=5(3) in which T(3)=15.
but I dont know what to to when there isnt an x on both sides.

the T function appears to be a constant ___ the graph would be a horizontal line

as you point out, there is no x term on the right hand side
___ so for ANY value of x, T(x) = 5
