Step. 1. Add 7n+12 to both sides of equation to get n terms on right side and numbers on the left side of equation.
24+-+7n%2B7n%2B12+%3C+11n+-+12%2B7n%2B12

Step 2. Divide by 18 to both sides of equation

36%2F18%3C18n%2F18

2%3Cn or n%3E2 Answer.
