[sqrt(14) + 7][sqrt(14) - 7]
Use FOIL:
F: sqrt(14)*sqrt(14) = 14
O: -7sqrt(14)
I: -7sqrt(14)
L: 7*-7 = -49
-------------------
Combine to get:
-35 - 14sqrt(14)

* Since this product represents a DOTS, or Difference Of Two Squares, it can also be written as %28sqrt%2814%29%29%5E2+-+7%5E2

Since %28sqrt%2814%29%29%5E2 in %28sqrt%2814%29%29%5E2+-+49 = 14, we will have (14 - 49), which equals highlight_green%28-+35%29
