So
6x - 10 + 2x - 4 = 90
Solving for x, we have
8x - 14 = 90
8x = 104
x = 104/8
x = 13
Therefore the measures of the angles are:
one is 6x - 10 = 6*13 - 10 = 68 degrees
the other is 2x - 4 = 2*13 - 4 = 22 degrees
Thus the measure of the larger one is 68 degrees.
