solutions are x=?

Step 1. Take the square root to both sides of equation

sqrt%28x%5E2%29=sqrt%28361%29

x=%2Bsqrt%28361%29=19

AND

x=-sqrt%28361%29=-19

Step 2. The solutions are x=19 and x=-19
