You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The LCD is (x-3)(3x+4)
Multiply num. and denom. of 1st fraction by (3x+4) to get the following:
x(3x+4)/LCD
Multiply num. and denom. of the 2nd fraction by (x-3) to get the following:
2(x-3)/LCD
Both denominators are now the same so combine the numerators to get the following:
[3x^2+4x +2x-6]/LCD = [3x^2+6x-6]/LCD = 3[x^2+2x-2]/LCD
The numerator is not "neatly" factorable now leave it alone.
