:
y - 3 = -1%2F5(x - (-1))
y - 3 = -1%2F5(x + 1)
y - 3 = -1%2F5x - 1%2F5
y = -1%2F5x - 1%2F5 + 3
y = -1%2F5x - 1%2F5 + 15%2F5
y = -1%2F5x + 14%2F5 is the equation:
