please learn to use brackets...maths is a language and you are not speaking it properly yet, so there will be misunderstandings.

So, i am not really sure what is multiplied to what terms

5xZ+3=Z+4x5-1
if by x you mean times and not the variable x, this is the solution.
this is how you should write it:
5Z + 3 = Z + 4*5 - 1
so you get
5Z + 3 = Z + 20 - 1
5Z + 3 = Z + 19
5Z = Z + 19 - 3
5Z = Z + 16
5Z - Z = 16
4Z = 16
Z = 16/4
Z = 4
