USE THE FORMULAE
LOG XY=LOG X+LOG Y
LOG X/Y=LOG X-LOG Y
LOG X^N=N*LOG X
HENCE ....2LOG X=LG X^2
AND......3LOG W=LOG W^3
SUBSTITUTING ABOVE
2log x-log y+log z-3log w = LOG X^2-LOG Y+LOG Z-LOG W^3
=LOG (X^2*Z)/(Y*W^3)
