Let x = supplement of angle T
then 180-x = angle T

180 -x=4x+20
180-20 -x=4x+20-20
160-x=4x
160-x+x=4x+x
160=5x
x=160/5
x=32 = Supplement
180-x= 180-32=148 = angle T

Check: 4(Supplement) +20= angle T
4*32+20 =128+20=148 It checks!!
