The problem is either sqrt%28x%2Fx%29 which simplifies to sqrt%28x%2Fx%29=sqrt%281%29=1


Or....


The problem is sqrt%28x%29%2Fx which does NOT simplify at all.


So I'd make sure that you have the right problem.
