Find the value for the given variable Show all steps and check answers showing all work. Not sure how to type in the problem.
a+1/6 = 2/a or a+1 over 6 = 2 over a
and
5/3x+1 = 3/3x-1 or 5 over 3x+1 = 3 over 3x-1
