Question 209368: Hi, I need some help when it comes to finding the domain and ranges in quadratic functions.
What I mean is that well in the problem there is a graph and there are some black circles(points, ordered pairs) and then there are some white circles(points, ordered pairs) outlined in black...do i find the domain for all of those points? (im sorry if my question doesnt make any sense but any advice is helpful) Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the black circles are the endpoints of a line segment
the entire interval is part of the domain.
--------------
If a point has an open circle around it that value is
excluded from the domain.
-----------------
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Stan H.
